  Responsible for implementing process improvements at the Maintenance Planning Department, which consisted of a team of thirty people planning and scheduling long-, medium- and short-term maintenance of the fleet. Airworthiness and compliance: redesign of critical processes and development of supporting tools (critical faults backlog tracker, redefinition of priorities, forecasting of usable maintenance slots). Fleet maintenance management: Creation of KPIs and comparative histograms to assess workshops' availability and reliability.
